Our website and all our processes are based on simplicity and we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have.
Digital photo
Your photo should have a minimum size of 250 KB. You can see the size of your photo by moving your mouse over the photo and selecting the right mouse button. Under properties you can see the size. The photo can be added to the order via our online ordering system. If your photo is larger than 15 MB please send it on a cd or dvd format to us by normal mail. If you have any doubts about the quality of your photo please send the photo to us by email so we can check it for you.
Analog photo
If you do not have a digital copy of your photo we can scan it for you for free. Please indicate this on the order form. The picture will be scanned and send back to you together with the canvas print.
Why is my photo too small for processing?
A photo can be too small from the start but the majority of photos are too small because you have cropped the picture and therefore the size has been reduced. Or maybe you have received the picture by email and the email application of the sender has resized the picture.
Framing your photo
We use 1.2” deep frames and therefore a part of your photo will be wrapped around the frame. In our order system you can indicate which parts of the photo will be wrapped. You can also ask us to do the framing for you so we can take extra care of the framing or choose to keep the sides white when framing.

Our payment options
On completion of your order you will be directed to our fully secure payment system. After the payment a confirmation email will be sent to you and we will start processing your order immediately after that.
Our delivery method
We use UPS for our shipments. A notification is sent to you after the print leaves our production facility so you can track your order during the shipment process.
